Good afternoon. I sent such a poor rating because your company did not read the email I sent after receiving the tentative invoice where you had both the shipping address and billing address the same. Had I left both the same my credit card purchase would have not gone through. Hence, why I sent a subsequent email clearly advising the shipping address was not the same as the billing address. In the follow up email I specified NOT to send the package to Florida, but you did anyway….It cost me a delay in my project not to mention the $29.47 to ship it back here in North Carolina.
