Good quality but it should be noted that since most old windows are angled to fit the sill which is slanted towards the outside to shed water. This angle lets the window hold open slide letting the window to fall. I corrected by drilling a slot in the bottom of the window for the hold open foot to fit into so it wouldn’t slide out…
